What happens when I sign up for Arbor?
Arbor will begin searching the market for a lower price option for your electricity supply. When we find you a better rate, we will let you know how much you can save and get you set up.
Are there any fees or early termination fees?
There is never any enrollment, cancellation, or membership fees as an Arbor user. If for any reason you charged an early termination fee, Arbor will reimburse you for it.
Will my new rate fluctuate?
All rate plans selected for you by Arbor are fixed to ensure the rate does not fluctuate from month to month.
